Sportsman winner Gene Furman defeated former Division Champ Gordon Cady Jr. while in Super Pro Tim Pettit was declared the winner by default; as fellow finalist Don Sefton was unable to attend the event.<\/p>\n<p>A lengthy near hour long \u201coil down\u201d and cleanup in the early stages of the first round of eliminations, meant time lost to complete the event. As a result eliminations were not completed.
