The overnight downpour left a big task to the drag crew drying and prepping the track. A brief light shower both brought about no racing and pushed the \u201cSunday\u201d curfew to the limits. Try as they did when \u201cMother Nature\u201d dictates what you can do you just do your \u201cbest\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/seeitimagery.smugmug.com\/PacificRaceway\/2017Evnts\/Swift-2Apr2017\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5726\" src=\"https:\/\/seeitimagery.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Swift-Tool-1-4-2-17-42.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"http:\/\/seeitimagery.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Swift-Tool-1-4-2-17-42.jpg 520w, http:\/\/seeitimagery.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Swift-Tool-1-4-2-17-42-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/seeitimagery.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Swift-Tool-1-4-2-17-42-452x300.jpg 452w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So close they came, finishing three of the six classes leaving two \u201cfinals\u201d and one \u201csemi\u201d to run.<\/p>\n<p>The three class winners are in Jr. Lightning Josh Schmanke grabbed the trophy while also licensing for a Super Comp ride.
