Can you say \u201chappy to be racing again\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest happy grins had to have come from young Mr. Wilcox.\u00a0 He was just recently licensed in a sleek race car in its own right\u00a0 &#8211; he jumped into grandpa\u2019s dragster and made his first of two runs required to upgrade, a little quicker and a bit faster.
