Today was the perfect test for that practice. On and off rain has kept the surface covered with moisture. Unless you had rain tires made for the rain your traction gained by power had a fine line and centrifugal force is something you do not want push, thus comes the &#8220;ART&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Taking in the action perched atop the light pole at the head of the lanes for the drag-strip a bald eagle shook off the rain and watched the lapping cars. Quite a sight.
